Based on the environment which involves two servers/nodes:
(e.g. High Availability, Log Shipping, Database Mirroring, Failover Cluster, Replication )

  1. We will provide 5 days on-site support
    (e.g. disaster recovery, slow performance, data warehousing, troubleshooting)

  4. This includes 9am-6pm phone support, email support
